Ingredients

  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp Ginseng powder or ginseng extract
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup (Coconut) water (about 240 ml)
  • 2-3 Dates
  • 1 tbsp Pea Protein powder optional

Instructions

  • Prep the Ingredients: Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and peel the kiwi. Chop the kiwi and the banana into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  • Blend the Greens and Fruits: Add the chopped kiwi, banana, and fresh spinach leaves to your blender. Blend on a low setting initially to break down the ingredients.
  • Add Protein and Ginseng: Now, add the hemp seeds, pea protein powder, and the ginseng powder or extract to the blender. Ginseng can have a strong flavor, so adjust the amount based on your taste preference.
  • Pour in Coconut Water: Pour the coconut water into the blender. Coconut water will provide the necessary liquid to achieve a smooth consistency and enhance the tropical taste.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Put the lid on the blender and blend all the ingredients on high until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture. If the mixture appears too thick, you can add more coconut water to reach your desired consistency.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Pour the Super Green Smoothie with Ginseng into a glass or a bowl. You can garnish it with some additional hemp seeds, kiwi slices, or a sprinkle of cinnamon. Sip and enjoy your nutrient-packed elixir!

Notes

If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add some ice cubes before blending or chill the coconut water and fruits beforehand.
Feel free to customize the smoothie with other superfood ingredients like chia seeds, flaxseeds, or spirulina, based on your nutritional preferences.
To make the smoothie creamier and thicker, you can add half an avocado.
